If you're putting together a nautically themed bedroom or luckier still an entire beach or boat house, I think Tim Clarke has the best design tip: don't overuse beach decor.
I'm the same, not overly a beach chick (city girl all the way!)but, I do like those porthole windows, esp the one next to the bath.

ReplyDeleteBath lights meanwhile commonly are fashioned in a glass or crystal encasement. This "lamp" feature adds an interesting character depending on the kind of brightness they produce. For too much glare you can tone them down with an addition of a light-colored wall paper or curtains. For diffused glares you can add-in two or three more downlights to generate a stronger texture of lighting.
