Tuesday Torture

Well I lost 1.4kg this week and frankly I am rather relieved.  I wasn't expecting such a good result as I didn't cope very well with the long periods indoors over the weekend (our weather has been horrendous!) and passed the time by what else, eating.  BUT clearly I must have made enough of an effort in the 5 days before that so I'm still gratefully on track and it's 7.5kg in total that I've lost.

Just when you thought these updates couldn't get anymore self-indulgent,
I've worked out how to drop my WW weight graph into this post.

  1. That's great Nicole! Congrats, and I know what you mean about the weather and eating... I'm doing exactly the same!

  2. Well done .. well done. Keep going.
You've inspired me and I have now set myself a 100 day challenge. Day 3 so far. Must eat well and exercise every day for 100 days. 15 kilos to lose. So you see why I am super excited for you.

  4. Congratulations! Nothing inspires like results! BTW, I found you Googling Arsen Roje + Courtney Cox to find out the name of his painting in her billards room, but I like it so much here I think I'll CTRL+D your page and visit every so often. Cheers!

  6. Well done m'love. Not easy over long weekends...they seem to revolve around food, wine, not moving too far...that's why we like them I guess! Annie x.

  7. You guys are just the best! Makes my day reading your kind comments and certainly makes me realise I'm not alone in this bleedin' journey. You make me accountable too - yesterday, the weather was mis-er-a-bubble (!) and I was very tempted to skip weigh-in BUT knowing I'd vowed to post about it every Tuesday I felt a responsibility to go to the meeting and report back. So you are all a very real part of this weight loss journey (HATE that phrase but don't know what else to call it!) of mine.

    There you have it.
